Freight Pricing

Bunds Australia uses a tiered freight pricing model to keep things simple and transparent. Our delivery rates are structured as follows:

Freight Rates Within Australia:*

  • Order Value: $0 – $499 – $95.00

  • Order Value: $500 – $1,999 – $75.00

  • Order Value: $2,000 – $4,999 – $55.00

  • Order Value: $5,000+ – Free in-store shipping (FIS)

*Freight dispatched from the closest warehouse location with available stock.

All pricing is in AUD and excludes GST.

For International Orders:
If you require delivery outside of Australia, please submit an enquiry for a tailored freight quote.

Additional Freight Terms and Conditions:

  • Freight charges are calculated and applied automatically at checkout.

  • Delivery is available across all of Australia, including Tasmania.

  • Orders are dispatched from the warehouse location closest to your delivery address, subject to stock availability.

  • All prices are exclusive of GST and may change without notice.

  • For special contract rates or bulk orders, please get in touch for a custom quote.

  • International shipping is available – simply contact us with your delivery details for a quote.

  • All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Delivery Timeframes and Requirements:

  • Orders are dispatched from within Australia and shipped from the warehouse closest to you with stock available.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days from order placement.

  • We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or residential addresses – delivery must be to a staffed commercial street address.

  • All deliveries require a signature on receipt – unattended delivery is not permitted.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bunds Australia, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we are not obliged to offer a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

If a return is accepted due to a change of mind, it will incur a 10% restocking fee (provided the item is returned in original, unused condition). Return freight in this case is the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, significantly different from the described item, or does not perform as intended, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. In the case of a major fault or failure, you may choose a full refund or an identical replacement. Return shipping in these situations will be arranged at the expense of Bunds Australia.

If you need to cancel an order, please lodge an online enquiry as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. If the cancellation is accepted, your payment will be refunded via your original method, and you’ll receive confirmation by email. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

All returns must be approved by Bunds Australia in writing before being sent back. Items returned without prior written authorisation will not be accepted.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
The return shipping address will be provided once your return has been approved.
